Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Reactor Jet's services, including our website, APIs, and products (Reactor Core and Control Surface), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

Description of Services

Reactor Jet provides infrastructure for autonomous AI agents, including observability tools (Reactor Core) and agency management tools (Control Surface). Our services allow you to trace, debug, and optimize AI agent operations.

Account Registration

To use our services, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update any changes to your information
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our services
• Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Reverse engineer or decompile our software
• Resell or redistribute our services without permission
• Use our services to build competing products

Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you submit to our services. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide our services. We will not use your data to train machine learning models or for any purpose other than delivering our services to you.

Fees and Payment

Certain features of our services require payment. You agree to:

• Pay all fees according to your selected plan
• Provide valid payment information
• Authorize recurring charges for subscription plans

We may change our pricing with 30 days notice. Refunds are provided at our discretion and in accordance with applicable law.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend or modify services for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. Enterprise customers may have specific SLA commitments as defined in their service agreements.

Intellectual Property

Reactor Jet and our licensors retain all rights in our services, including trademarks, logos, and proprietary technology. These terms do not grant you any rights to use our intellectual property except as necessary to use our services.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reactor Jet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reactor Jet from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. We may retain your data for a reasonable period to comply with legal obligations. You may export your data before termination.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Johannesburg, South Africa, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through our services. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
